Xina Eiland is the President and CEO of X+PR, a full service, independent communications agency. A visionary leader and recognized authority in multicultural communications, digital media and event planning, Xina brings a wealth of experience to clients, helping them effectively connect with diverse and hard to reach populations. She is the co-host of Get Found Get Funded, a podcast about creating visibility, paths for growth and opportunity for entrepreneurs, and, co-founder of Black Female Founders (BFF), an organization that serves as a convener to provide conversations and solutions for Black female tech founders. Because of her work in the tech and startup space, Xina is a founding board member of BEACON (2016 – 2019), a Washington, D.C. initiative to make D.C. the number one ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.
