Penny Lee is a seasoned political and communications strategist with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Penny leads the public affairs practice at Invariant, the largest woman-owned lobbying and bipartisan firm in the country and was previously the chief strategy officer of 1776. An active angel investor and past chair of K Street Capital, Penny also serves on the advisory boards of organizations that invest in women and minority founders, including The Vignette Project and Black Girl Ventures as well as the Center for American Entrepreneurship.
