For more than two decades, Kesi Stribling has helped clients improve, grow, and sustain their organizations through advisement, coaching and training. As the founder and CEO of Washington, DC-based KSG Strategic Consulting (KSGSC), Kesi is passionate about working with small and mid-sized businesses to strengthen their infrastructure, operations, processes, and strategy. 

She has served as a small business coach and trainer for the SBA 7(j) Management & Technical Training program, Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Small Business Technical Assistance Program, and Old Dominion University PTAC. Kesi is also a member of Inc. Magazine’s Solopreneur community, a group of small business owners with up to five employees, who access and share resources that support company growth.  

A keynote speaker and panelist, Kesi has shared lessons learned and best practices during the Global Creative Economy Convergence Summit and the U.S. Department of State International Visitors Leadership Program. She will be one of the featured speakers for this year’s SWaMfest for small, women, and minority business owners in Virginia and is a 2019 Nominating Partner for the DC Cohort of the Inner City Capital Connections Program.

Kesi is a proud graduate of Howard University and holds a Certificate in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University.
