Alison Panza is the Head of Customer Success at Venga, a Washington, DC-based technology company that uses big data to help restaurants and fitness companies better understand and engage with their clients. She manages key restaurant and fitness studio accounts while overseeing the Customer Success and Business Intelligence teams.
Previously, Alison was a Research Manager at CoStar Group. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BA in International Relations and Italian. Her hobbies include walking her Border Collie puppy Scout and exploring DC’s restaurant scene, especially new brunch spots.
