Adeola Ariyo Enikanoselu

THE GEMZ

Adeola Ariyo Enikanoselu is a sought-after business and branding strategist and speaker who specializes in helping early-stage brands and startups to master their unique brand story, develop a powerful brand blueprint and path to profitability.

With a distinct blend of executive, consulting, branding and nonprofit expertise, Adeola’s first foray into business and entrepreneurship was over 18 years ago through one of the nation’s most renowned women’s beauty brands, Mary Kay. Flourishing from a shy girl in her early twenties to an ambitious woman, while there, she cultivated her business and entrepreneurial acumen, learning everything from strategic networking to sales. Adeola rose to become one of the youngest top directors in the company’s history. From there, her career has been one bold leap after the next, eventually launching her own IT consulting company, a thriving women’s empowerment company, THE GENX Ladies Network, and a nonprofit, THE GEMZ, that mentors and develops girls into confident young women by teaching them the principles of leadership, self-esteem and entrepreneurship.

She now trains individuals and organizations on the power of personal branding, executive presence, strategic partnerships and leadership skills in workshops across the country.

When it comes to developing and leveraging strategic partnerships, collaborations and acquiring capital to build and scale, Adeola’s skillset is unmatched.

Adeola takes her clients brands from vision to venture, showing them the power—and profits—that result from having a branding expert mastermind, like her, on their team.

What Adeola hasn’t gleaned from her own successes in the business realm, she’s mastered in world’s best classrooms, such as Yale School of Management.
