Monica S. Flores facilitates digital engagement as a technical project manager at Lullabot, a design, strategy, & development agency. Since 2004, she's worked with 200+ organizations such as IBM, Green America, GIST Network, Ashoka Changemakers, and GENGlobal on how to best reach their online communities, make sales, and share information on digital platforms. With a decade of experience as a full-stack Drupal developer, she encourages the use of technology to solve problems, connect networks, and build effective teams.

Flores is the recipient of the 2018 NTENny award, given to those "who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to our sector, driving our community forward and tirelessly working for excellence."

Flores is an elected board member at Green America and chairs the board committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She teaches data management classes for the Non-profit Technology Professional Certificate as faculty for NTEN,  is a member at The Wing, where she supports women-focused ventures through the Female Founders Network, and is on the leadership team of DCFemTech.
