I am a advocate for diversity and inclusion, beauty influencer, and former model that believes models are more dynamic than being pretty. I started with a model agency in 2006, paying the agency over $3,000 while only booking 1 job within one year. Leaving the agency shortly after, within 10 years, I was able to book over 50 job opportunities for myself and other models. At that point, I realized as a woman of color the industry was not what I expected. In 2016, I created MARZ Management and Consulting Enterprise to encourage diverse women who are often disrespected and excluded from the Model Industry, to not limit themselves to society's beauty standards and harsh ridicule. She books models jobs and offers clients talent for diverse advertisements and campaigns.
