Iliriana Kaçaniku is a social impact strategist passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations maximize and accelerate positive impact in communities and societies through business strategy, philanthropic giving, and employee engagement. She has over 15 years experience growing programs and portfolios for the USAID, Open Society Foundations, and most recently, IDEO. Recently, she designed the mentoring program for the Global Impact Alliance, an online impact accelerator, amd regularly mentors social startups around the world.
She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, MALD on International Development from the Fletcher School, Tufts University, and MA in International Politics from the University of Bradford, UK.
