Join us for an open dialogue on the importance of closing the equity gap and creating a diverse workforce. Panelists will discuss the equity gap, how it affects a workforce, and why it is imperative to overcome systemic obstacles that have contributed to the equity gap within the workplace and STEM field. They will share strategies on hiring and building a diverse team that ultimately strengthen your connect to the local ecosystem.
